Privacy Notice

The Center for Truth and Healing respects your privacy. The information you provide through registration, volunteer, sponsorship, vendor, and donation forms is used to coordinate the 4th Annual Senior Appreciation & Holiday Party and to communicate with you about the event.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to coordinate your participation: contact details, attendance information, and access or accommodation requests. We do not collect diagnoses, disability documentation, Social Security numbers, complete birth dates, or financial account information.

How we use it

Your information is used to process your application, confirm attendance, arrange accommodations, and send event-related communications. With your separate consent, we may also photograph or record you at the event and send future communications.

Sharing

Your information is accessible only to authorized event organizers and is stored securely. We do not sell your information. Sensitive accommodation requests are kept in access-controlled fields.
